Studio Safety
No sanding or dry sweeping is allowed in the studio. Sanding must be done outside.
Respirators should be worn in the spray booth.
Use the HEPA vacuum (sealed system, silica-approved) to clean large, dry messes.
For small messes, spray the area with water and then wipe it up.
Students are responsible for cleaning their work areas after each class or open studio session.
We make every effort to keep the studio clean and healthy. We run an industrial HEPA air scrubber at all times to minimize dust, mop regularly, and frequently change air filters. Please do your part to help us maintain a safe and low-dust environment.
